• Handling of all IPQA activities during Manufacturing of Oral Solid dosage forms (Tablet and  Capsule.)
• Line clearance during daily activities of production.
• Calculation of API and ingredients in dispensing activities.
• Logbook Review.
• Collection of samples in intermediate and finished stage in manufacturing of Tablets and Capsules.
• Perform Composite Sampling & Blend uniformity (BU).
• Record and maintain CPP and RFT data of all BMR in regular basis on Excel.
• Online checking of in-process parameters in all manufacturing stages, Completion of BMR & Daily log book.
• Handling of all IPQC instruments like Analytical balance, Semi-automatic tablet tester, DT apparatus, Friability tester etc.
