Key Responsibilities:

• Able to independently handle operation vial filling machine,Dry powder injection line.
• Perform and participate in Media Filling (Vial filling and Blending) as per Media fill protocol.
• Perform intervention during media fill as per Media fill batch manufacturing record.
• Involved in Validation and Qualification activity of equipment’s like Vial washing,Tunnel and Vial filling machine.
• Trained in Aseptic Blending activity 
• Preparation of SOP and change control.
• Online filling of BMR, logbooks and formats of aseptic processing area.
• Offline and Online Particle count trend analysis preparation.  
• Handling of  BMR.
• Responsible, as a team member in all line Process.
